Lecture and Event Series "Interdisciplinary Violence Research"
Violence is, always has been and always will be omnipresent in societies in all times and in all places. This makes it a topic for the human sciences. The Lecture and Event Series "Interdisciplinary Violence Research" hosted by the CMR and the KWI addresses the complex phenomena of violence and invites both researchers and those affected by it.
Together with joint activities with the universities of Bochum, Dortmund and Duisburg-Essen, the Lecture and Event Series aims to contribute to violence research in the Ruhr region.
